🛍️ Custom Products

All items are made to order and produced exclusively for you.  
Product images shown on the website are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the final item due to print variation, screen resolution, or supplier adjustments.

💳 Payments

We accept major credit cards and Shop Pay.  
Orders are only processed once full payment has been confirmed.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

We aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe.  
However, **Felina Mia is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers** or external factors beyond our control — such as postal disruptions, weather conditions, or customs inspections.

🔁 Exchanges & Refunds

Exchanges or refunds are only available in the following cases:
- Manufacturing defects
- Receiving the wrong item (model, color, or design)
