Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: Our products are made to order. Production takes 2–5 business days, and delivery within Canada usually takes 5–10 business days.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Currently, we ship primarily within Canada and the U.S. Stay tuned — we’re working on expanding!

Q: How do I choose the right size?
A: Each product has a detailed size chart. Please check it before ordering — and if you're in doubt, we suggest sizing up.

Q: Are your T-shirts unisex?
A: Yes! Most of our designs are printed on high-quality unisex or women’s cuts. The product description will let you know.

Q: Can I return my order if I change my mind?
A: Sorry 😿 All our products are made-to-order, so we don’t accept returns for size mistakes or change of mind.

Q: When can I get a replacement?
A: We replace items only if there’s a manufacturing defect (misprint, faulty seams, wrong item shipped).

Q: What do I need to provide?
A: Send us photos of the item and the defect within 7 days of delivery. Email: support@felinamia.com

Q: Who pays for shipping?
A: If the defect is confirmed ✅ we cover everything and send you a new item for free.
