Returns & Exchanges

At Felina Mia, every product is made-to-order, crafted with care and high-quality standards. We do not keep stock, your item is produced specifically for you once you place an order.

✅ When we accept returns

We only accept returns in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping errors. Examples include:

·         Misprinted, blurry, or faulty prints;

·         Items shipped in the wrong size, color, or model (different from what was ordered);

·         Manufacturing defects (tears, faulty seams, production stains).

📸 How to request

To request a return or replacement, please email us at support@felinamia.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including:

1.     Your order number;

2.     Clear photos of the entire product;

3.     Close-up photos showing the defect clearly;

4.     A photo of the product tag (if applicable).

Without this information, we cannot validate your claim with our production partner.

💸 Shipping costs

·         For approved defects, we cover all costs and send a replacement free of charge.

⚠️ Unauthorized returns will not be accepted, and the customer shall bear all associated shipping costs.

📦 Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at **support@felinamia.com** so we can resolve the issue promptly.

🔄 Exchanges

If your item is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, providing your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions (if applicable) and arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost. 

If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.  
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within **10 business days**.

Please note:
- Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
- If more than **15 business days** have passed since approval and you haven’t received it, contact us at **support@felinamia.com**.
